Notice of Appeal / Application to Extend Time

Welcome to the Tax Court of Canada's Online Filing System

Before using our Online Filing System, please ensure that you have access to the following electronic tools:

  1. A printer. You may be asked to send us a paper copy of your documents. Please keep a printed copy in your files.
  2. Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 (or higher). If you do not have it, click Get Adobe Reader to download it free of charge.
  3. An e-mail address where we will send you an electronic confirmation.

For security reasons, your session will be terminated after 60 minutes of inactivity.
