Welcome to the Tax Court of Canada's Online Filing System.

This facility should be used to file documents other than Notices of Appeal and Applications for Extension of Time.

Before using our Online Filing System, please ensure that you have access to the following electronic tool:

1. A printer. You may be asked to send us a paper copy of your documents. Please keep a printed copy in your files.

For security reasons, your session will be terminated after 60 minutes of inactivity.
